How the Platform Works:
- Shippers pay fees to post freight loads on the platform. These fees may include load posting fees, subscription fees, or other charges as described in the applicable terms of service.
- Carriers deliver freight loads posted by Shippers and receive delivery fees for their services. The Company may deduct a commission or service fee from the Carrier's delivery fee.
- The Company facilitates payment transactions between Shippers and Carriers through the platform, including through third-party payment processors such as Wave Mobile Money.
